What Moves Us For More?

Advances in science has made us live longer. We have more time ever to be alive, which is absolutely wonderful. However, we've had increase in the amount of years living with a disability. Our business enables customers to do more in life when you are disabled.

We also live in a time where there is a quickly rising amount of seniors but a steady amount of working age people. And for a large amount of families, including my own, working age individuals are having to juggle caring for the parents or grandparents and sometimes both on top of normal life stressors. This generally creates more stress for both the caregiver and cared for. Our business aims to reduce the stress for both ends through our products and services.

Too, please take a moment to Imagine a world where there aren’t mobility products: no scooters, no wheelchairs, no canes — nothing. Care for seniors and caregivers would be much more difficult. We live in a time where science and technology has progressed where we can provide products and services that truly make a difference in people's lives. 

Lastly, It's our greatest pleasure to serve our customers. Whether we make a small difference (like making a customer smile in a conversation), or a big difference (like helping a disabled person buy a wheelchair), both make us happy and more motivated to keep on doing.

Compassion First: Understand exactly where the customer is coming from and their wants and needs.

Honesty: Make great recommendations through honesty. Recommend what is best for the customer, even if it isn't the most profitable. 

Patience is a virtue: Never rush when speaking to customers. Each call can take as long as it needs to help the customer, to point them in the right direction. 

Make things right: Every customer should feel they were done right; Even if a mistake was made on our end, we do our best to make amends and make things right. 

Who own's Bright Stride Living? 

Hello, my name is Will. I own Bright Stride Living entirely and have a small team helping me to help provide the high quality products and customer service that you experience today. 

I was born and raised in a loving family in the suburbs of Memphis Tennessee. I attended the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville for a year on a business degree, but dropped out to form a business with my loving brother. He introduced me to the senior health and wellness space, but eventually we went our separate ways for our individual careers.

So, I’ve been working in this space for over a year now, and I absolutely love it! In years foregoing, I have years of work in customer service based jobs. I do this because  1. I love and am passionate for our mission 2. I love serving others 3. I love working and deeply enjoy my job.

I really am grateful to have this position, and I am grateful for you reading this and considering shopping with us or partnering. I promise that myself and my team is trying our absolute best to give you the best customer or partnering experience as possible.
