Shipping policy
Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless stated otherwise on the product page. Some items require additional preparation time due to their size, weight, or manufacturer procedures. If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately depending on supplier inventory and logistics.
Quick Shipping
When we offer quick shipping on a product, it this means the product typically arrives two days after the order has been processed. We do not guarantee this and is an average shipping time.
Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders over $100 USD within the continental United States.
Orders under $100 will display shipping rates at checkout.
Some remote or hard-to-reach locations may require additional freight surcharges; if this applies, we will notify you before the order is processed.
Shipping Methods
Products are shipped directly from our authorized manufacturers and distribution partners. Depending on the item, your order may ship via:
- Standard parcel carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS)
- LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight carriers for large or heavy products
- White-glove or in-home delivery services when offered by the manufacturer
The shipping method for each product is listed on its product page whenever available.
Delivery Tracking
Once your order ships, tracking information will be emailed to you automatically.
If your order ships in multiple packages or from multiple suppliers, you may receive more than one tracking number.
Freight Deliveries
Large mobility products, lift chairs, hospital beds, scooters, and similar items often ship by freight. For freight deliveries:
- A delivery appointment may be required
- The carrier may contact you to schedule a delivery window
- Someone must be present to accept and sign for the shipment
- The driver will typically deliver to your curbside or driveway unless upgraded service is offered
Please inspect all boxes and packaging upon arrival.
Shipment Inspection
If there is visible damage to the packaging or product on arrival:
- Note the damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt before signing
- Take photos of the packaging and product
- Notify us within 48 hours so we can assist with a freight claim or replacement
Failure to report shipping damage within the required time may affect eligibility for a replacement.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times vary depending on the manufacturer and shipping method. Typical transit times range from 3–10 business days after processing, though freight shipments may take longer. Estimated delivery windows for each product can be found on the product page when available.
Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we ship only within the continental United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.
