At Bright Side Living, we want you to feel confident that you’re receiving the best value for the products you purchase. If you find the same item offered at a lower price by an authorized retailer, we may be able to match that price before your purchase.
Eligibility Requirements
To request a price match, the product must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be identical (same brand, model, configuration, and color).
- The retailer must be an authorized U.S. dealer for the brand.
- The item must be in stock and available for immediate purchase.
- The price cannot be from marketplaces or auction sites (e.g., Amazon Marketplace, eBay, Walmart Marketplace).
- The lower price must be publicly advertised and verifiable at the time of your request.
Exclusions
We are unable to offer price matches under the following circumstances:
- Pricing from unauthorized sellers, third-party marketplaces, or private listings
- Clearance events, liquidation sales, closeouts, refurbished or used items
- Pricing errors or misprints
- Bundle deals or promotional pricing involving free accessories or services
- Limited-time flash sales or membership-based pricing (including coupon codes)
- Prices that cannot be verified or documented
How to Request a Price Match
- Contact us with the link or written documentation showing the lower advertised price.
- Provide your name, the product you wish to purchase, and the retailer offering the price.
- We will verify the information with the retailer or manufacturer.
- If the price match is approved, we will provide instructions on how to complete your purchase with the adjusted price.
Requests may take 1–2 business days to review depending on manufacturer verification.
After a Purchase
If you discover a lower advertised price within 48 hours of placing your order from an authorized retailer, you may request a post-purchase price match. Approval is subject to the same eligibility requirements above.
Please note that once your order has shipped, price adjustments cannot be applied retroactively.
