Price Match Guaranteed Policy

Our Commitment

At Bright Stride Living, we want you to feel confident that you’re receiving a great value for your purchase. If you find an identical eligible product offered at a lower qualifying price by an authorized retailer, we will match that price, subject to the eligibility requirements and exclusions below.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a price match, the following requirements must be met:

• The item must be identical (same brand, model, configuration, and color).
• The retailer must be an authorized U.S. dealer for the brand.
• The item must be in stock and available for immediate purchase.
• The lower price must be publicly advertised and verifiable at the time of your request.
• The price must otherwise meet the requirements of this Price Match Guarantee.
• Our Price Match Guarantee applies only to products displaying the “Price Match Guarantee” icon within the Services and Guarantees section of the product page. If the Price Match Guarantee designation is not displayed on a product page, that product is not eligible for this policy.

Exclusions

Our Price Match Guarantee does not apply to:

• Pricing from unauthorized sellers, third-party marketplaces, auction sites, or private listings.
• Clearance events, liquidation sales, closeouts, refurbished, open-box, or used items.
• Pricing errors or misprints.
• Bundle offers or promotional pricing involving free products, accessories, services, or other incentives.
• Limited-time flash sales or member-only pricing.
• Prices requiring coupon or promotional codes.
• Prices that cannot be independently verified or documented at the time of the request.

How to Request a Price Match

1. Contact us with a link or other documentation showing the lower advertised price.
2. Provide your name, the product you wish to purchase, and the retailer offering the lower price.
3. We will verify the price and eligibility with the retailer or manufacturer as necessary.
4. If your request meets the requirements of this policy, we will provide instructions on how to complete your purchase at the matched price.

Requests may take 1–2 business days to review depending on the verification required.

After a Purchase

If you discover a lower qualifying advertised price from an authorized retailer within 48 hours of placing your order, you may request a post-purchase price match. The request is subject to the same eligibility requirements and exclusions described in this policy.
