  • The scooter must be returned in its original box with all internal packing materials to prevent damage in transit
  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date
  • A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a verified manufacturer defect
  • A return authorization (RMA) must be obtained before shipping the item back
  • The product must not show signs of use, wear, scratches, debris, odors, or tire marks

Heavy-duty capacity with mid-wheel maneuverability

The Merits Vision Super combines a 450 lb weight capacity with true mid-wheel drive and a 21-inch turning radius, giving it heavy-duty capacity without requiring the turning space typically associated with a larger power wheelchair.

Independent suspension supports a remarkably stable front platform

The Vision Super's independent suspension can support up to 350 lbs on the footplate without tipping forward, according to Merits. This feature applies to the standard P327 configuration and is one of the chair's most distinctive structural capabilities.

Its patented articulation system allows the front casters to move independently as the chair encounters thresholds and changes in surface height, helping the front of the chair negotiate these transitions more effectively.

Adjustable seating built around a larger chair

The Vision Super offers 20" to 24" seat widths and 18" to 22" seat depths, providing several configurations for different seating requirements.

Its premium ergonomic captain's seat semi-reclines up to 135°, while adjustable armrests and a large flip-up footplate provide additional positioning flexibility.

Six-wheel construction and large drive tires support the mid-wheel platform

The chair uses 12-inch flat-free drive tires positioned between 6-inch solid front and rear casters. This six-wheel arrangement works with the mid-wheel-drive platform and suspension system to keep the drive wheels centrally positioned beneath the chair.

Because the tires are solid or flat-free, there is no tire pressure to monitor during routine ownership.
