  • The item must be unused and in original, brand-new condition
  • All original packaging, materials, manuals, accessories, tools, and protective wrapping must be included
  • The scooter must be returned in its original box with all internal packing materials to prevent damage in transit
  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date
  • A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a verified manufacturer defect
  • A return authorization (RMA) must be obtained before shipping the item back
  • The product must not show signs of use, wear, scratches, debris, odors, or tire marks
  • Products that arrive to the warehouse damaged due to improper packaging may be denied or subject to additional fees
  • Battery-powered items must be returned with batteries properly installed and secured as originally packaged
  • Refunds are issued once the item is inspected and approved by the manufacturer

Heavy-duty capacity with rear-wheel-drive performance

The Merits Gemini is a heavy-duty rear-wheel-drive power wheelchair built around a 450 lb weight capacity, a 35-inch turning radius, and a suspension-equipped chassis designed for everyday indoor and outdoor use.

Independent hydraulic suspension helps smooth the ride

An independent hydraulic suspension system helps absorb bumps and surface irregularities before they reach the seating system.

The Gemini pairs that suspension with 14-inch foam-filled drive tires and 8-inch foam-filled front wheels, providing a substantial wheel setup without requiring routine tire-pressure maintenance.

Semi-reclining seating adds positioning flexibility

The ergonomic captain's seat semi-reclines up to 135°, allowing you to change your seating position throughout the day.

Merits offers 20-inch and 22-inch seat-width options, while the backrest, headrest, flip-up armrests, and aluminum footplate provide additional adjustment around the rider.

An optional 5-inch power lift adds vertical positioning

The Gemini can be configured with an optional 5-inch power elevating seat, allowing the seated position to rise without transferring out of the chair.

The lift configuration has an important tradeoff: weight capacity decreases from 450 lbs to 350 lbs when the power seat lift is installed.

Up to 20 miles of range for longer everyday use

The Gemini travels at up to 5 mph and provides up to 20 miles of range per charge. A 24V 240W motor is paired with two 50Ah 22NF batteries and a 5A off-board charger.

The chair is also rated for a 10° maximum gradient, giving it considerably more incline capability than many lower-powered power-wheelchair designs.

At 242 lbs total, with a 126 lb heaviest piece, the Gemini is firmly a full-size heavy-duty power wheelchair rather than a portable model.
