The Merits Vision Sport uses true mid-wheel drive with a 20-inch turning radius, placing the drive wheels near the center of the chair for highly responsive maneuvering in homes, hallways, shops, and other tighter spaces.

Independent suspension supports stability at the front of the chair

One of the Vision Sport's standout features is its independent suspension system, which Merits states can support up to 250 lbs on the footplate without the chair tipping forward.

A patented articulation mechanism also allows the front casters to move over thresholds and similar surface changes more easily, helping the chair maintain contact as the front of the base moves over an obstacle.

The Vision Sport can be configured with 16" to 20" seat widths and depths, with captain or pan seating available. Its premium ergonomic captain's seat with white stitching semi-reclines up to 135°, giving you more flexibility to change position throughout the day.

Height- and width-adjustable armrests, an adjustable seat height, and an optional elevating leg-rest kit provide additional ways to configure the chair around you.
