The Merits Regal combines a compact rear-wheel-drive power base with a 21-inch turning radius, giving it maneuverability that stands out within a full-size power wheelchair design.
Its lower seating position and low center of gravity are designed to support easier side transfers and stable riding, while the seat can rotate 45° to further simplify approaching or leaving the chair from the side.
Choose the seating configuration that fits you
The Regal offers 16", 18", or 20" seat widths with either captain or pan seating configurations. The ergonomic captain seat can semi-recline up to 135°, allowing you to change your seating position throughout the day.
Height-adjustable flip-up armrests provide additional positioning flexibility while moving out of the way when needed for transfers.
Flat-free tires keep everyday maintenance simple
The Regal rides on 8-inch foam-filled front tires and 10-inch foam-filled drive tires, so there is no tire pressure to monitor. The larger drive tires also use a knobby tread designed to provide additional traction.
Rear anti-tip wheels are included as part of the chair's standard configuration.
Up to 18 miles of everyday range
With a 5 mph maximum speed and up to 18 miles of range per charge, the Regal provides the performance needed for longer periods of everyday use without moving into a substantially larger power-chair platform.
Its 3 inches of ground clearance provides additional space beneath the chair for navigating minor everyday surface changes and obstacles.
Dynamic LiNX control simplifies operation and servicing
The Dynamic LiNX controller provides the Regal's joystick control system while also supporting programming and diagnostic functions for service and adjustment.
Power comes from dual motors paired with two 33Ah U1 AGM batteries and a 5A off-board charger.
